Bibimbap
Ingredients
Base: Steamed rice
Proteins: Beef, chicken, tofu, or fried egg
Veggies: Carrots, spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts, zucchini
Seasoning: Gochujang (red chili paste), soy sauce, sesame oil
Toppings: Sesame seeds, seaweed strips

Instructions
1.Cook rice and prepare your protein.
2.Sauté vegetables separately with a bit of oil and salt.
3.Fry an egg sunny-side up.
4.Assemble: Place rice in a bowl, arrange veggies and protein on top, add egg.
5.Drizzle gochujang and sesame oil, then mix it all up and enjoy!
